Abstract:	The offered algorithm is a part of a software of the microprocessor device and it can be utilized at designing digital relays of relay protection and automation for power line 6-10-35 kV. Utilized at development of algorithm the principles allow to achieve complete match with instrumentation, already existing on domestic substations.
