| Description: | Considered the results of the market reforms of the Ukrainian economy, which led to the transformation of property relations on the basis of which there were conditions for the emergence of property in the innovation sphere. With the help of formation of the pluralism of all forms of property in our country have specific rights on intellectual product, which is essential for the dissemination of innovative improvements in the economy. |
