Однако государство не может быть нейтрально к распределению доходов, что приводит к властному присвоению части общественного продукта. Особые формы данное влияние приобретает в переходной период. |
| Description: | The proportions of the functional distribution of the total income directly depend on the strategic priorities of development of the country. However, the state cannot be neutral to the distribution of income, leading to the imperious assigned part of the social product. Special forms of this influence becomes in a transitional period. |
