Abstract

The results of accounts of transients are given at arc short circuit of a phase on ground in networks with isolated and resistor earthed neutral. Is shown, that resistor the grounding neutral limits possible overvoltage in a network up to 2-2,5Uн instead of 3-4,5Uн. however in networks of own needs thermal power plant and atomic power stations the modes are possible when it does not decide a problem of restrictions overvoltage, if the responsible connections should not be disconnected by protection and short circuits on ground.
