dc.descriptionThe problem of modernization of the process of designing the equipment for quicksand materials drying with the use of approximated calculations is considered. The “boiling layer” method is one of the most promising ways to raise the quality of the final product. Drying equipment, using the “boiling layer” method, is simple both in design and in operation, and is rather easy for automatic control application. In case the temperature of the drying agent decreases its humidity increases and water vapor condenses. For operational engineering calculations it is convenient to obtain relations, which “directly” express the parameters of the project through the technological data. One of the methods of obtaining such relations is the linearization of mathematical physics equations. Besides, useful results can be obtained with the help of the criteria approach.en_US
dc.description.abstractОбоснованы методы приблизительного расчета параметров технологии сушки для модернизации процесса проектирования сушильного оборудования. Рассмотрена разработка аппроксимированных зависимостей для расчета основных параметров процесса сушки. Предложенные выкладки являются первой попыткой алгоритмизации процесса проектирования технологических схем обезвоживания влажной мелкофракционной угольной массы в «кипящем слое».en_US
