dc.descriptionProspects of research development on definition of individual share of suppliers and consumers of electric energy in responsibility for violation of power quality are considered in this article. Authors work in the direction of development of a parametrical approach which assumes responsibility definition according to scientifically reasonable technique, allowing to calculate individual share of subjects in violation PQ parameters of a concrete mode and the existing scheme of a maintained electric network. Analysis of known solutions of a parametrical approach by the determined definition of individual share of subjects in PQ violation is carried out. Today methods and techniques of definition of individual share of subjects of distribution of the electric power in responsibility for PQ violation on voltage balance, voltage wave curve and to the set voltage fluctuation are developed. Also complex technique uniting three called techniques is developed. Development of researches on definition of responsibility for power quality violation is represented to authors opinion in the following directions: 1) using the development for all PQ indexes which represent long changes of voltage characteristics ; 2) carrying out researches on development of individual counters of the electric power with introduction of additional options: the accounting of consumption of the electric power which was distributed with violations of PQ requirements; definition of individual share of the consumer in responsibility for PQ violation; 3) use of development by definition of individual share in automatic monitoring systems and the accounting of the electric power and geoinformation technologies.en_US
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассмотрены перспективы развития исследований по определению долевого участия поставщиков и потребителей электрической энергии в ответственности за нарушение качества электрической энергии. Основные задачи исследований авторы видят в разработке методик, упрощающих использование известных методов в измерительной техники массового производства, а также в разработке методов для всех показателей качества электроэнергии, представляющих продолжительные изменения характеристик.en_US
