Abstract:	Рассматриваются проблемы формирования межотраслевых промышленно-финансовых структур в угольной и металлургической промышленности, возможные варианты интеграции. Определены основные мотивы объединения предприятий в промышленно-финансовые группы. Описаны основные пути взаимодействия банков с участниками группы.
Description:	The author considers the problems of formation of interindustry industrial and financial structures in coal mining and metallurgical industries, possible options of their integration. The main motives for integrations of companies in industrial-financial groups are determined. The main ways for the banks to interact with the group members are described.
