dc.descriptionThe structural methods of the definition of indexes testability uses of the scheme of a digilal device and evaluation under it the datas of indexes. However in a series of cases there it a necessity of an evaluation testability of a digital device on tables of functioning (truth tables or passages - exits). Ihus a possible index testability is the functional correlation between output and entering binary variables. For digital devices with the limited number of an entering variable such correlation is determined by an evaluation of a Boolean derivative. However, at large number of entering gangs for a digital device there is a problem of the definition of indexes testability of a digital device at the limited number of these gangs. Whereas defined loss of an information in this case happens. It reduces in approximate evaluations of indexes testability.en_US
