| Abstract: | Приведена идеальная модель товарного рынка как самоорганизующейся, высоко адаптивной системы, разработанная путем использования теорий кибернетики и синергетики. Описаны основные этапы развития экономической системы: устойчивое, неустойчивое и крайне неустойчивое состояния. Обосновано, что кризисы являются результатом действия положительной обратной связи в экономике. Для того чтобы избежать кризисов, необходимо иметь формализованный механизм переключения экономики с одного уровня обратной связи, правил и рефлексии на другой, более высокий уровень. Нужен формализованный механизм изменения институтов и структуры экономики в соответствии с меняющимися условиями. |
| Description: | The ideal model of the commodity market as a selforganizing, highly adaptive system, developed by using theories of cybernetics and synergy is presented. The main stages in the development of economic system: stable, unstable and extremely unstable state, are described. It is proved that crises are the result of positive feedback in economy. In order to avoid crises, it is necessary to have a formal mechanism for switching the economy from one level of feedback, rules and reflection to the other, higher level. Formal mechanism for changing the institutions and economic structure according to changing conditions is needed. |
