| Description: | The report is devoted to the problems of the choice of methodology of the analysis of the transformation of the record of public institutions. This assessment of the relevance of the main theories of institutional transformations and to the current practice of reforming. The attempt to justify the reasons of discrepancies in the structure of the normative principle of the methodology of analysis and methodology of practical activities of transformational change. |
