| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються питання позааудиторної діяльності студентів вищих навчальних закладів, запропонована модель системи позааудиторної діяльності та її компонентів, було дано визначення позааудиторній роботі, яка є необхідної складовою навчально-виховного процесу, протягом якої студент самостійно займається виконанням навчальних завдань, творчих робіт професійного характеру, а також професійною самоосвітою і самовдосконаленням. Таке розуміння позааудиторної роботи дає можливість використання її для виховання культури міжособистісних відносин студентів. У першу чергу, ми повинні зрозуміти, що позааудиторна діяльність у ВНЗ будується не для студентів, а зі студентами з урахуванням їх інтересів та можливостей. |
| Description: | The questions of the students extra-curriculum activities in the higher educational establishments, the model of the extra-curriculum activities system and its components are considered in the article. Itís also focuses on the definition of the term ìextra-curriculum activityî which is the necessary component of the educational and up-bringing process. During such activity students usually do their home tasks, creativity works of the special purpose character and work at their self-education and self-perfection. Such understanding of extra-curriculum activities gives an opportunity to use it for cultural up-bringing of individual relationships between students. Firstly, we have to understand, that the extra-curriculum activity in the creates not for students, but with them, with the account of their interests and skills. This work keeps in the form of different arrangements in groups, departments, higher educational establishments. It stimulates the forming of the future specialistís individuality. |
