Abstract

В роботі досліджено сутність конкурентоспроможності медичного закладу, надано стратегії стосовно конкурентоспроможного управління медичним закладом. На підставі визначення ефективної діяльності, фінансового стану, ефективності збуту і просування послуг на ринку, коефіцієнту вагомості розраховано конкурентоспроможність медичного закладу, проект заходів щодо вдосконалення конкурентноспроможності медичного закладу .The essence of competitiveness of a medical institution is investigated in the work, strategies concerning competitive management of a medical institution are given. Based on the definition of effective activity, financial condition, efficiency of sales and promotion of services on the market, weighting factor, the competitiveness of the medical institution is calculated, the project of measures to improve the competitiveness of the medical institution.
