| Abstract: | В статье проведен анализ и выделены особенности властных отношений внутри корпорации. Выделены и охарактеризованы субъекты, объекты и ресурсы власти. Исследовано влияние распределения власти в корпорации на эффективность функционирования организации. Дана оценка последствий дисбаланса власти в корпорации и необходимость вмешательства государства в регулирование данных процессов. |
| Description: | The article analyzes and distinguishes the features of power relations within the corporation. It defines and characterizes subjects, objects and resources of power. It researches the effect of the distribution of power in the corporation on the effective functioning of the organization. There is the assessment of the impact the power imbalance in the corporation, and the need for government intervention in the regulation of these processes. |
