| Abstract: | В статті обґрунтовано, що одним з найбільш дієвих інструментів забезпечення стійкого функціонування автотранспортної системи регіону є ліцензування діяльності автоперевізників. Оцінено недоліки існуючого законодавства в транспортній галузі та проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку автотранспортних послуг. За допомогою короткотермінового і довгострокового прогнозування визначено вид кривої, яка найбільш точно описує динаміку зміни кількості виданих ліцензій. Розроблено алгоритм прийняття рішення про впровадження (скасування) додаткових обмежень допуску на ринок. |
| Description: | In article it is proved that one of the most significant tools maintenance steady functioning of motor transportation system in region is licensing of activity of autocarriers. It is estimated lacks of the current legislation of transport branch and the current state market motor transportation transportations is analysed. By means of short-term and long-term forecasting the kind of a curve which characterizes dynamics of change of quantity of the given out licenses is defined. The algorithm of decision-making about introduction (restriction) of additional conditions of the admission on the market is developed. |
