Abstract

The article examines the current aspects of the management of the investment environment during the martial law and reveals the key factors affecting the activities of economic entities in such conditions. It is noted that the war started by Russia on the territory of our country on February 24, 2022, had an extremely negative impact on the investment environment of Ukraine. 95 also emphasized that despite this, Ukraine continues to attract foreign investors even in war conditions. The authors of the article point out that martial law is a period when stability, security and the economic situation can be significantly undermined. Therefore, the management of investment resources requires special attention and consideration of specific factors, including: risk analysis (helps identify and assess potential threats and develop strategies for their management); portfolio rebalancing (helps maintain an optimal balance of risk and profitability, taking into account new conditions); taking into account financial stability (financial stability makes it possible to manage potential financial crises and provides a certain level of security); search for new opportunities (martial law can create new opportunities for investment in certain industries. It is important to be ready to identify such opportunities and respond to them in time); cooperation with external parties (joint efforts help to more accurately analyze the situation and develop effective investment management strategies). In the conclusion of the article, it is noted that in the conditions of martial law, management of the investment environment becomes a difficult task for economic property subjects. It is also emphasized that the key factors of successful management are flexibility, adaptability and constant monitoring and response to changes in the political, economic and social environment.
