Антикризові засади управління підприємством

Abstract

В роботі розкрито зміст і значення антикризового управління підприємством, проаналізовано його загальні механізми та методи, розглянуто складники антикризового фінансового управління. Проведено аналіз виробничо-господарської та управлінської діяльності комунального підприємства «МКП Зеленого будівництва» (м.Дніпро), його фінансової діяльності, здійснені діагностика та прогнозування банкрутства досліджуваного комунального підприємства. Це дозволило визначити основні напрямки дій по подоланню кризових явищ в діяльності комунального підприємства на майбутнє.The work reveals the content and significance of anti-crisis management of the enterprise, analyzes its general mechanisms and methods, considers the components of anti-crisis financial management. An analysis of the production, economic and management activities of the utility company "MKP Green Construction" (Dnipro) and its financial activities was carried out, diagnostics and bankruptcy forecasting of the investigated utility company were carried out. This made it possible to determine the main directions of action to overcome crisis phenomena in the activities of the utility company for the future.
