Abstract: The globalization of the world economic system is marked by intensification of competition in domestic, national markets as well as internationally. The current trend in the development of the domestic economy is the existence of a large number of corporate entities, usually in the form of joint stock companies. One of the main problems in improving the level of corporate governance or corporate management is the lack of a single methodology that can assess the effectiveness of corporate governance, corporate management. The problem of improving the efficiency and improvement of corporate management also arises due to the unsettled corporate relations. Therefore, there is a need to substantiate the method of assessing the effectiveness of corporate management and measures to improve it, which would take into account all the features of the corporate sector and the interests of all stakeholders in corporate relations.
