Abstract

У роботі детально розглянуті теоретичні основи стратегічного менеджменту; надано загальну характеристику та основні техніко-економічні показники роботи шахти, проведено аналіз випуску та реалізації продукції, аналіз фінансових результатів діяльності підприємства, оцінку конкурентоздатності вугільної продукції шахти; розроблено маркетингову стратегію та запропоновані заходи з удосконалення планування реалізації продукції підприємства. The theoretical bases of strategic management are considered in detail in the work; the general characteristic and the basic technical and economic indicators of work of mine are given, the analysis of release and realization of production, the analysis of financial results of activity of the enterprise, an estimation of competitiveness of coal production of mine is carried out; developed a marketing strategy and proposed measures to improve the planning of sales of the enterprise
