Фінансова безпека ринку цінних паперів як об’єкт державного регулювання

Abstract

В роботі досліджено сутність та складові фінансової безпеки, забезпечення фінансової безпеки ринку цінних паперів України. Розглянуто систему державного регулювання ринку цінних паперів. Зроблено аналіз ринку державних цінних паперів в Україні з позиції фінансової безпеки. На підставі аналізу запропоновані напрями вдосконалення механізму функціонування ринку цінних паперів в Україні.The essence and components of financial security, financial security of the securities market of Ukraine are investigated. The system of state regulation of the securities market is considered. The analysis of the market of government securities in Ukraine from the point of view of financial security is made. On the basis of the analysis, the directions of improvement of the mechanism of functioning of the securities market in Ukraine are proposed.
