Abstract

В роботі досліджено сутність поняття конкурентоспроможності, фактори та умови отримання конкурентних переваг будівельної компанії, надано характеристику та особливості методів оцінки конкурентоспроможності. На підставі діагностики конкурентоспроможності будівельної компанії обґрунтовано і розроблено конкуренту стратегію та представлено розрахунок ефективності її реалізації.The essence of the concept of competitiveness, factors and conditions of obtaining the competitive advantages of a construction company are investigated, the characteristics and features of methods of competitiveness assessment are presented. Based on the diagnostics of the competitiveness of the construction company, a competitive strategy is grounded and developed and the effectiveness of its implementation is calculated.
