Розробка фінансової стратегії підприємства

Abstract

Заклади охорони здоров’я, як найбільш типові представники неприбуткових організацій, в сучасних умовах господарювання відчувають гострий дефіцит фінансових ресурсів. А система управління їх фінансовими ресурсами досі обмежується складанням та виконанням річних планів. У зв’язку з означеними проблемами виникає необхідність в дослідженні особливостей впровадження в практику діяльності закладів охорони здоров’я підходів та методів розробки фінансових стратегій. У випускній кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні засади та алгоритм розробки фінансової стратегії підприємств, проведено аналіз діяльності КНП «Селидівська міська стоматологічна поліклініка», а також розроблено проект фінансової стратегії для досліджуваного підприємстваHealthcare institutions, as the most typical representatives of non-profit organizations, are experiencing a sharp shortage of financial resources in modern economic conditions. And the system of management of their financial resources is still limited to the compilation and implementation of annual plans. In connection with the identified problems, it is necessary to study the peculiarities of the 5 implementation of the approaches and methods of developing financial strategies in the practice of healthcare institutions. In the final qualifying work the theoretical principles and algorithm of development of the financial strategy of the enterprises were investigated, the analysis of the activity of the public enterprise "Selidiv City Dental Clinic" was conducted, and a draft financial strategy was developed for the investigated enterprise
