| Abstract: | The article analyzes the prospects of development of info-communications in the Donetsk region. Capacity assessment is performed not only with the dynamic development of information and communication technologies in recent decades but also with the current problems caused by the military action. Furthermore, this article raises issues of training qualified IT-specialists in the region and highlights the main directions of development of infocommunications in the Donbass. |
