| Description: | The problem of determining the optimal instrument of simulation modeling(tool) for the existing networks or being in a design stage is solved in the paper. Modeling tools which are used to develop models recreating information processes, which take place in networks, for de-termining the optimal distribution of network resources and also for the technologies used. The most convenient tool is NS2. |
