| Abstract: | Значимость изучения домашних хозяйств во взаимосвязи с формирующимися и изменяющимися институтами определяется тем, что структурная трансформация российской экономики не обеспечила защиту домашних хозяйств от угроз, формирующихся в условиях неустойчивой среды рыночной экономики. В условиях глобализации экономических отношений и неравновесности макросистем влияние институциональных факторов на положение и воспроизводство домохозяйств усиливается. |
| Description: | The author studies the controversial nature of the institutional environment in which Russian households exist, operate and develop. The features of this environment are responsible for the emergence and consolidation on the institutional level of households' mechanisms of adaptation to uncertain life circumstances. Institutes of adaptation are not, by definition, the institutes of development and therefore can not provide institutional support to the households' movement to growth and further development. Thus, the mismatch of the action mechanisms of formal and informal institutes in internal and external environment of households in Russia leads to the fact that the latter bear additional transaction costs expressed in worsening relations between households and the state, on the one hand, and between households and firms, on the other hand. |
