| Description: | The article analyses the agrarian problem of the end of XIX - beginning of XX century by eyes of scientific intelligentsia. Reveals the importance of the peasant land shortage in the pre-revolutionary research scientists, who in his writings submitted a detailed analysis of the situation in the agrarian sector. Scientists ' opinions concerning the achievement of results in the agrarian question attract attention and therefore their work deserves further study and application |
