| Abstract: | Рассмотрена возможность использования белитового шлама, полученного после извлечения глинозема при выщелачивании алюмокальциевого спека, в цементной промышленности. Приведены физико-химические свойства белитового шлама, расчет сырьевой шихты для производства цементного клинкера на основе белитового шлама, а также экспериментальные данные использования белитового шлама в качестве добавки в портландцемент. |
| Description: | Products of utilization of technogenic wastes (mining and cleaning of coal, clay and kaolin, ash-and-slad wastes from TES etc.) using method of sintering with limestone are: alumina, belite sludge and other by-products. Depending on source of composition the belite sludge can be either β-Ca2SiO4 or γ-Ca2SiO4. The technology of extraction of Al2O3 from nepheline concentrate using method of sintering with limestone is realized at Achinskiy alumina works, Volkhovskiy aluminium plant and Pikalevske association “Alumina”. Because of high content of alkaline components in nepheline the stabilization of β-Ca2SiO4 is taken place, which is used for manufacturing of cement and building materials (blocks and bricks). The possibility of belite sludge (γ-Ca2SiO4) usage is obtained after the extraction of alumina by leaching alumina-calcium cake in the cement production industry . Showing physicochemical properties of the belite sludge, raw batch calculation for producing cement clinker based on the belite sludge, and also experimental data of belite sludge usage as an additive to portland cement. |
