Abstract: A mathematical tool for the influence factors values changes evaluating under dynamic corridor of the medical-diagnostic system stability support is developed. The generalized characteristic of the method is offered and the problems of the software for its realization are discussed. The features of the efficiency function's mathematical model producing are analysed.
