| Abstract: | The dependence of the AD conversion error from the self calibration parameters using weight redundancy, namely division for "accurate" and "non-accurate" bits, base of the number system and maximum deviation of the bit weights, is analyzed in the article. The analytical dependences allowing to determine optimal parameters of self-calibration procedure are derived. Graphical results of self calibration and AD conversion modeling are also presented. |
