| Abstract: | In this article We analyse the problem of accuracy increasing in successive approximation ADC. We offer to use the self-calibration procedure with the strategy "top-to-bottom". The particularity of our approach is an weight redundancy using, that allows to determinate a bit weight by the programme way. The graphical results of the offered approach computer simulation are presented. |
