| Abstract: | The rate of long-term unemployment in the Czech Republic is higher than the average rate unemployment in the EU and their better financial conditions are conducive to the brain drain from the Czech Republic. Access to the Czech labour market is free for all 15 EU countries since the day of accession. The Czech government is also actively recruiting skilled labour from outside the EU. |
