Систематизовані заходи щодо поліпшення стану вугільної промисловості шляхом впровадження інновацій та професійного розвитку персоналу. |
| Description: | The paper analyzes the state of the coal industry of Ukraine in the context of the needs for innovation. The attention is paid to developing innovation and creativity potential of the coal industry staff. It is suggested to use the international experience of innovation development of coal mines. There are systematized the measures to improve the condition of the coal industry through innovation and professional development. |
