| Description: | The paper argues for the importance of the strategic management of the domestic businesses’ innovation development. The features of the innovation development and its role in the company’s growing market value are considered. The essence of the structural capacity of the enterprise as an economic system is discovered and the ratios of motivational and resource factors in its development are characterized. |
