На основе сравнительного анализа реализации прав и обязанностей граждан Украины сделан вывод о том, что тенденция уменьшения численности населения Украины будет крепнуть за счет оттока количества желающих получить гражданство этой страны. |
| Description: | The article considers the problem of the influence of legal institutions on the development of Ukraine and its labour potential. On the basis of comparative analysis of the implementation of the rights and duties of citizens of Ukraine concluded that the tendency to reduction of their many of the population of Ukraine will grow due to the outflow of number wishing to obtain citizenship of this country. |
