| Abstract: | Розглянуто стосунки поміж принципалом, агентом і контролером, які визначаються контрактом про наймання. Окреслено чинники виникнення позалеґальності, зокрема, використання хабара в зазначених взаєминах. Робиться висновок, що принципал мусить прагнути до застосовування системи угод і правил, яка сприяє легалізації поведінки всередині організації. |
| Description: | The article considers the relations between the principal, the agent and the controller, which are determined by the contract of employment. Identified factors of illegality, in particular, the use of bribes in these relations. It concludes that the principal should seek to apply a system of agreements and rules, which promotes the legalization of behavior within the organization. |
