В статье даются рекомендации по расчету комиссионного вознаграждения, порядку взаимных расчетов и отражению в налоговой отчетности. |
| Description: | Specifications of clinching foreign deals and signing foreign contracts by Foreign Business Committee are described in this paper. Some aspects of the business interrelations within a committee (as the principal) - commissioner (as the agent) - non-resident triangle are found out. Commodities and capital flows are also investigated. Recommendations on commission fees calculating, mutual settlements proceduring and taxes reporting are given by the authors. |
