| Abstract: | Розглянуті основні підходи теорії навчання (умовних рефлексів, оперантної зумовленості, соціально-когнітивної) щодо управління людськими ресурсами в умовах організаційних трансформацій. Надана порівняльна характеристика методик теорії навчання стосовно застосування при управлінні трансформаційними процесами на підприємстві. Запропоновано модель організаційно-управлінського трансформаційного процесу на основі підходу теорії соціально-когнітивного навчання. |
| Description: | The article describes the main approaches to the theory of management training of human resources in terms of institutional transformations. Given the comparative characteristic of methods of the theory of learning in relation to the application under the management of transformation processes at the enterprise. The suggested model, the organizational and managerial transformation process-based approach of the theory of social-cognitive learning. |
