| Abstract: | Используя методологию неоклассической, неоинституциональной и эволюционной экономических теорий исследованы роль, структура предприятий и их стратегия в современных условиях. Рассмотрены три концепции развития предприятий: минимализма; холизма; анимализма. Исследованы отношения предприятий-производителей и посреднических структур, трансакционные издержки как критерий развития корпораций, платы за рыночные отношения. Рассмотрены проблемы формирования креативных и виртуальных корпораций в постиндустриальном обществе. |
| Description: | Using the methodology of the neoclassical, new institutional and evolutionary economic theories of the role, structure of enterprises and their strategy in modern conditions. The three concepts of development of the enterprises: minimalism; holism; animalism. Investigated the relationship of enterprises-manufacturers and intermediaries transaction costs as a criterion of development of corporations, fees for market relations. Considered are the problems of formation of the creative and virtual corporations in postindustrial society. |
