| Abstract: | Досліджується внутрішня, інституційна природа фірми. Визначається роль ієрархії у формуванні глибинних зв'язків у межах фірми. Досліджено подвійний вплив ієрархії на відносини внутрішньої єдності фірми та розвиток тенденцій децентралізації у її межах. Виявлено зв'язок ієрархії з формуванням трансакційних витрат втрачених можливостей, витрат "інституціонального склерозу", витрат статусної активності, витрат на підтримку спільності переконань. |
| Description: | Explores the internal, institutional nature of the firm. Defines the role of hierarchy in the formation of deep connections within the firm. Studied the double influence of the hierarchy on the relationship of the inner unity of the firm and the development trends of decentralization within it. Found links hierarchy with the formation of the transaction costs of missed opportunities, costs of institutional sclerosis, spending activity status, support costs commonality of belief. |
