| Abstract: | В статье предлагается функции управления программными мероприятиями по развитию социальной инфраструктуры региона (планирование, организация, мотивация и контроль) возложить на подразделения областной государственной администрации, которые через постоянный мониторинг и взаимодействие между собой должны обеспечить достижение целей и решение задач программы. Механизм обеспечения контроля за реализацией программы предусматривает последовательное осуществление комплекса мер, которые целесообразно сгруппировать в три этапа. |
| Description: | The paper argues for entrusting the functions of managing the program of the regional social infrastructure development (planning, organization, motivation and control) to the departments of regional state administration, which, through constant monitoring and interaction, should ensure the fulfillment of the goals and solution of the tasks according to the program. The mechanism of control over the program implementation implies consecutive implementation of the set of measures, which should be grouped in three stages. |
