| Abstract: | There is analyzed the effectiveness of financial institutes in the countries having transactions with EBRD from the point of view of state support to securing the safety of financial transactions and proposal to duly reform the laws on mortgage and bankruptcy. This effectiveness is regarded as one of the necessary conditions for macroeconomic stability. |
| Description: | Проанализирована эффективность финансовых институтов в странах, производящих операции с ЕБРР, с точки зрения государственной поддержки обеспечения безопасности финансовых сделок и предложения по соответствующему преобразованию законов о залоге и банкротстве. Эта эффективность рассмотрена как одно из необходимых условий макроэкономической стабильности. |
