Abstract: Проанализированы характерные черты структурных деформаций в промышленности Украины и России. Показано, что в мировой экономике известно два пути структурных преобразований промышленности: 1) американский, с опорой на стихию рынка и невмешательство государства в экономику; 2) японский, с опорой на индустриальную политику и государственное планирование. Автором предлагается вариант программы структурных преобразований хозяйственного механизма Украины по аналогии с Японией и Южной Кореей.
Description: The characteristics of structural deformations in an industry of Ukraine and Russia are parsed. Is rotined, that in world economics two pathes of structural industrial conversions are known: 1) American, with a bearing on elements of the market and non-interference of the state to economics; 2) Japanese, with a bearing on industrial policy and state planning. The writer offers version of the program of structural transformations of an economic mechanism of Ukraine by analogy with Japan and Southern Korea.
