| Abstract: | В роботі проаналізовано технологію отримання кременистих термітних чавунів. Запропоновано використання розробленого складу шихти, що дозволяє не тільки отримувати завданий хімічний склад сплаву, але і прогнозувати його структуру, механічні і службові властивості. При цьому одночасно використовуються переваги металотермічного синтезу, а саме можливість отримувати відливки в місцях, віддалених від джерел електроенергії, промислового устаткування. Розроблена технологія може використовуватися при терміновому зварюванні заготовок, ремонті деталей і нанесенні покриттів |
| Description: | In this papers was analyzed the technology of receipt of siliceous thermite cast-irons. The composition of reactions is used and allows not only to get the inflicted chemical composition of alloy is offered but also the forecast structure, mechanical and official properties. Thus taken advantage metallothermic syn-thesis, namely to get founding’s in places, remote from the sources of electric power, industrial equipment.
