| Abstract: | Отличительной особенностью сферы заемного труда в России является отсутствие норм трудового права, регламентирующих отношения участников. Это приводит к незащищенности заемных работников и вызывает негативное восприятие данного вида бизнеса. Интерес для исследования представляют имплицитно формируемые контракты заемного труда. |
| Description: | A distinctive feature of labor leasing in Russia is the lack of employment law norms regulating the relations of the participants. It produces insecurity of contingent workers and causes a negative perception of this type of business. Interest for the study are implicitly generated contracts contingent labor. |
