| Description: | The article deals with the problem of organizing students’ teaching activity in higher educational establishments. Special attention is focused on human activity which is regarded as a system of three functionally interrelated components: orienting, executive and control-correctional. These components are manifested in the teaching process. The author states that in the process of education students’ teaching activity should be organized in a special way. Two subsystems of teaching activity are considered. The first one is an act of cognition and the second one is a learning activity. The author describes the notions of knowledge, habits, skills and abilities, which form the basis of teaching activity. The main components, features and characteristics of teaching activity are studied Three phases of teaching activity are considered. |
