| Abstract: | Проведен анализ траектории трансформации украинского общества в 1956-2006 годах с точки зрения секторального распределения трудовых ресурсов и структуры населения по типу расселения. Полученная траектория со-поставлена с траекторией развития США в ХІХ-ХХ вв. На основании проведенного со-поставления сформулированы предположения о значимости отдельных факторов в формировании постиндустриальной структуры занятости в экономике. |
| Description: | The paper analyzes the trajectories of the Ukrain-ian society transformation in the years 1956-2006 in terms of sectoral distribution of labor resources and the structure of the population by the type of settlement. The resulting trajectory is compared with the trajectory of the United States in the nine-teenth and twentieth centuries. Based on the comparison there are stated assumptions about the importance of individual factors in the formation of post-industrial structure of employment in the economy. |
