| Abstract: | В качестве информационной базы реализации институционального инструментария предложен метод классификации объектов, загрязняющих окружающую среду. Показано, что рекомендованный метод становится основой для мониторинга и сканирования состояния социально-экономических систем и выбора эффективной стратегии их развития. |
| Description: | As an information base for the implementation of institutional Toolkit proposed a method of classification of facilities polluting the environment. It is shown that the recommended method becomes the basis for monitoring and health scans of socio-economic systems and the selection of an effective strategy of their development. |
