Description:	In the article the toplevel control algorithms by the continuous rolling mill are reviewed. The toplevel control algorithm is offered, which one allows to execute optimum control for parameters drift of a mill. For this purpose, on the basis of principles of decomposition and aggregation, the set of versions of models of subprocesses and procedure of selection of model for definite many-level with usage of logical submissions is determined.
