| Description: | The method of analytical determination for compact estimations in case of using signature analyzers structures according to minimal polynomial is considered. A simple estimations of the efficiency for generators and analyzers based on linear shift feedback registers of different capacity are proved. The obtained results may be of use to self-testig circuit design, compact testing combinational circuits, built-in testing of digital circuits. |
