| Description: | In the first part of the article a mathematical model of Junctional faults including static and[pattern - sensitive faults is described. In the second part the testability conditions of the functional faults of RAM for an arbitrary test are obtained. On the basis of these conditions the formulas for calculations of the number of pseudorandom test patterns of RAM providing 100% average faults are obtained. The results of faults modeling of RAM are presented. |
