| Abstract: | В статье подчеркивается, что мероприятия по изучению и утилизации отходов человеческой деятельности будут способствовать решению двуединой проблемы: ослаблению дефицита минеральных ресурсов и рационального их использования и оптимизации окружающей среды. В связи с этим необходимо срочно начать подготовку специалистов с новым взглядом на проблему обеспеченности минеральным сырьем не только за счет геогенных (природных), но и техногенных (рукотворных) месторождений. С этой целью надо в ведущих университетах, возможно, на межфакультетских основах открыть специализации по изучению и использованию вторичного минерального сырья с участием в подготовке специалистов геологов, химиков, экологов, технологов, экономистов юристов. |
| Description: | The article emphasizes that measures for the study and utilization of wastes of human activity will contribute to the solution of dual problem: a weakening of the lack of mineral resources and their rational use and optimization of the environment. In this connection it is necessary to urgently start the preparation of specialists with a new look on the problem of security of mineral raw materials not only due to the natural, but anthropogenic (man-made) fields. With this purpose it is necessary in the leading universities, possibly at the interfaculty fundamentals of open specialization for study and use of secondary mineral resources with participation in the preparation of specialists, geologists, chemists, ecologists, technologists, economists and lawyers. |
